Inspired by Saint Teresa of Calcutta, the Marian World Mission supports charities for the poor and the elderly.  In coordination with the Diocese of Libmanan, Roman Catholic Charities and private initiatives, it will allocate funds for charitable programs for the poor, such as Feeding the Hungry, Grant for Medical Emergencies, Housing for Poor Families, and Scholarship for Education of indigenous Students, and Grant to Poor Seminarians preparing for Priesthood.

Adjoining the Holy Sanctuary, the Marian World Mission envisions to construct assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospice care and medical clinic for abandoned elderly poor. Similar facilities will be made available for retired sisters of religious women congregations, and retired priests of all dioceses, who would prefer to offer their remaining years in this Holy Sanctuary.
